Poisoneous Skull Art Ring by IdaLarsenArt Poisoneous Skull Art Ring by IdaLarsenArt
A new art ring in my 'Ida Larsen Art jewelry' series

:bulletred: Featuring a detail of one of my art works..

This is a wonderfully detailed goth skull pirate art ring. It is in an antiqued silver tone. The setting holds a 18mm x 13mm acrylic cabochon on top of a detail of one of my art works. The band on the ring is adjustable so it should fit most fingers depending on how much you open the ring..This setting really remind me of pirates and adventures at sea!

It is shipped in a sweet little gift box, featuring the art print on the lid..

:star: The ring can be bought at my Etsy store:

I love your work here... I have a question, however. Where do you find the blanks for these jewelry designs? I would love to be able to wear my own artwork, but I have never seen anything like it. Can you point me in the right direction?

:aww: Thank you :)
They have a great selection of cameo settings & cabochons at Etsy.com
You can search their listings there :)

Are you printing the artwork yourself? If yes, what printer and ink brand are you using? Because I'm unable to use prints made on my HP printer with resin, the ink bleeds when resin is applied :( I would also like to use my art in my jewelry.
Thank you in advance!

Yes I do, and I have experimented a LONG time with several different type photopaper, to find out which paper doesn't bleed.

The result was that the "Canon photopaper Pro - super high gloss" is the best (at least of the ones I have tried, I have a Canon printer and thus I use the Canon papers for the best ink quality)

Now that you have a HP printer and not a Canon, I would suggest you try out the different photo papers Hewlett packard sell, you might find one that doesn't bleed :)

Thank you very much for your response :)
I was sure the problem must be ink, but if you had problems with bleeding with other papers and same ink, then the solution is even simpler than I thought.

Very welcome ;)
Yes it seems to be the paper and how well it fixates the ink that is the problem/solution
